I am writing on behalf of the executive of the Saturna Island Property Owners Association to thank you and the CRD board for your financial support which enabled SIPOA and the Saturna Community Club to bring the Car Stop program to our island.

It is early days yet but we are hopeful Car Stop will be well used by the community and visitors alike.

Enclosed is a copy of the new Saturna tourism brochure which highlights the car stop locations. Also enclosed is a financial statement outlining how the CRD grant was used. The remaining funds will be put toward a poster for island bulletin boards promoting the Car Stop program.

Further publicity for the program and the CRD grant will be in an article in the Saturna Scribbler. I'll send you a copy when it is published.
