Dear Gary:
As we discussed on the phone last month, I am forwarding you the comments SIPOA has received from those members who responded to the questions we posed below. It is in excel format, is tabulated and includes any additional comments if provided. I believe you indicated that you needed this input by February 10th in order to attach them to the Meeting Agenda.
Dear Ms. Malcolmson: Re: Bylaw 102: Saturna Island I write in my capacity as President of the Saturna Island Property Owners' Association (SIPOA). At this point, we need not address proposed Bylaw 102 on its merits. As a board, we may take a position on its merits after due consultation.
Dear Members:
SIPOA has been given a copy of the newly proposed Islands Trust Bylaw #99 which was revised following comments received at, and from comments made by email, following the June 19th Community Meeting. It is attached to this message. Please note, if you are unable to read the attachment the draft is available on the Islands Trust website (see below).
This is the draft Bylaw which Saturna Trustees will consider at a public hearing scheduled at Saturna Community Club, August 5, 2010 at 12:30 p.m.
Posted below is the Staff Report regarding water conservation options for East Point developed by the Islands Trust Planner for the Saturna Local Trust Committee (LTC). Maps are not included in this post. A complete copy of the meeting is available on the Islands Trust website, Saturna Local Trust page. A full copy of the report is available under "Staff Reports".
